The Subscription screen in the bot
The 💳 Subscription screen is the only place where the state of your subscription is visible and where payment, promo-code entry and auto-renewal management start.

What is on the screen
Three state lines and, if there have already been periods, a short history:
Status: ✅ Active until 22.10.2026 (30 days left)
Plan: plan name
Bots: 2 of 3

• 22.09.2026 → 22.10.2026 (payment)

Extra lines appear depending on the situation:
- “🎟 Promo code SYNC2026 will be applied at checkout.” — you have a saved discount promo code (see Promo codes).
- “🔁 Auto-renewal: Card •• 1234. Next charge — 19.10.2026.” or “🔁 Auto-renewal is off. The saved payment method can be enabled again.” (see Auto-renewal).
Subscription statuses

Buttons

Example
The screen shows “Status: ⏳ Grace period until 24.10.2026…”, “Plan: plan name”, “Bots: 3 of 3”. That means the paid period ended on 22.10, for two days open trades are still managed and new ones are not opened. Tap 💳 Pay / renew — after payment trading continues, and the limit stays at 3 bots if you choose the same plan.
Common situations and what the bot says
- The status shows “🔒 View-only mode…” although you have just paid by card — tap 💳 Pay / renew → 🔄 Check payment; activation normally goes through within a minute.
- “Payments are temporarily unavailable: no payment method is enabled. Please contact support.” — payment methods are switched off; write to support.
- “No invoices yet. Tap «Pay / renew» on the subscription screen.” — you tapped 🔄 Check payment but no invoice has been issued yet. In the payment history you will then see “No payments yet.”
