What happens when the subscription ends
A subscription (or a trial) does not cut trading off in one moment: first comes the grace period, and only then view-only mode. The bot does not abandon open positions.

Where in the bot
The current stage is visible on the 💳 Subscription screen in the status line:
- “⏳ Grace period until 24.10.2026: open trades are managed, no new trades are opened”;
- “🔒 View-only mode: trading is unavailable, settings are available”.
How it works
- On the day the period ends you get: “⌛ Your paid period has ended. Until 24.10.2026 the bot manages open trades but does not open new ones. Renew via the «💳 Subscription» menu.” After a trial the message is the same but starts with the words about the trial having ended.
- During the grace days every skipped signal comes with a notification: “🔒 Signal from channel «Crypto Signals» for bot «MY_FUTURES» was skipped.” and the reason “⏳ Grace period until 24.10.2026: open trades are managed, new trades are not opened until the subscription is renewed.”
- When the grace days are over, you get: “🛑 The grace period is over — view-only mode is on. New trades are not opened, DCA and Grid bots are paused. Open signal trades will be managed until they close; after that manage your positions on the exchange yourself. Renew via the «💳 Subscription» menu.”
- Pay for the subscription (see How to pay) — you will get “✅ Subscription activated: plan «plan name», valid until 22.11.2026. Bot limit: 3.” After that, check your DCA and Grid bots and start them again if they are still paused.
The same stages happen if support issued a full refund (“↩️ Refund issued: … The subscription has ended; open trades are managed until 24.10.2026, then view-only mode.”) or ended unlimited access.
Example
The subscription ran until 22.10.2026, auto-renewal was off. On 22.10 the bot moved to the grace period: the ETHUSDT trade opened on 20.10 is still managed — on 23.10 TP2 was hit and the bot moved the stop to breakeven, exactly as configured. A new BTCUSDT signal on 23.10 was skipped with a notification. On 24.10 view-only mode switched on: the Grid bot is paused with its grid saved, and the ETHUSDT trade was brought to a close. On 25.10 you paid — trading resumed, and the Grid bot was started by hand.

Common situations and what the bot says
- “🔒 View-only mode: the subscription is not active, new trades are not opened. Subscribe via the «💳 Subscription» menu.” — this is the answer to an attempt to open a trade or create a bot in view-only mode.
- “⏳ Grace period until 24.10.2026: open trades are managed, new trades are not opened until the subscription is renewed.” — the same answer during the grace days.
- “ℹ️ Unlimited access has ended. Until 24.10.2026 a grace period applies…” — unlimited access was removed by an administrator; what follows is the same as after an ordinary subscription end.
- “🛑 Your subscription was switched to view-only mode by an administrator. Trading is unavailable, settings are available.” — ask support for the reason.
