Trial period
The trial is a set of free trading days for new users. It is granted once and starts not at registration but with your first open trade. The day counts and dates in the examples below are illustrative — yours are shown in the bot.
What it is
- After registering you can connect an exchange bot and channels and set everything up — this is not the trial yet. As long as there have been no trades, the countdown does not run.
- At the moment of the first trade the trial starts and lasts as many days as the 💳 Subscription screen says.
- During the trial one bot is available. The slot is taken by a bot of any type — Signal, DCA or Grid (see Plans and bot limit).
- A few days before the end the bot reminds you. After the trial ends the grace period begins, then view-only mode — see What happens when the subscription ends.
- The trial is not granted a second time: after it, trading is only possible with a paid subscription.
Where in the bot
Main menu → 💳 Subscription. The status line shows one of these states:

How it works
- Register and create an exchange bot with API keys (see Registration and first steps).
- Connect a signal channel or create a Grid or DCA bot.
- At the moment of the first trade the notification bot sends: “🎁 Your trial has started! It lasts 7 days — until 02.10.2026. Bots during the trial: 1.”
- Shortly before the end: “⏰ Your trial ends 02.10.2026 (in 2 days). Subscribe via the «💳 Subscription» menu to keep the bot trading.”
- After the end: “⌛ Your trial has ended. Until 04.10.2026 the bot manages open trades but does not open new ones. Subscribe via the «💳 Subscription» menu.”
You can subscribe at any time without waiting for the trial to end: 💳 Subscription → 💳 Pay / renew (see How to pay).
Example
You registered on 22 September, connected the exchange and a channel on the 23rd, and the first trade from a signal opened on 25 September. The trial started on the 25th — the waiting days were not spent. The end date is shown in the start message and on the 💳 Subscription screen.

Common situations and what the bot says
- “🔒 Plan limit reached: 1 bots (1 in use). Stop or delete a bot, or switch to a plan with a higher limit.” — during the trial there is only one slot; to start a second bot, stop the first one or pay for a plan.
- “⏳ Grace period until 04.10.2026: open trades are managed, new trades are not opened until the subscription is renewed.” — the trial has ended; new trades will only open after payment.
- “🎁 Your trial has been reset: it will start again from your first trade and last 7 days.” — this arrives only if support has reset your trial manually.
