How to pay: SBP, card, crypto, Telegram Stars
Payment goes through the bot in five steps. The current price is shown on the 💳 Subscription screen and in the wizard itself; this article does not quote prices.
Where in the bot
Main menu → 💳 Subscription → 💳 Pay / renew.
How to pay
- Plan — the 💳 Subscription — plan screen. The button looks like “plan name · 3 bots · …/mo.”. The unit of a plan is a bot of any type (see Plans and bot limit).
- Bots — the 💳 Subscription — bots screen (only if the plan allows extra bots): “No extra bots (3 bots)” or “+1 → 4 total”. Each extra bot is billed monthly for the same period as the subscription.
- Period — the 💳 Subscription — period screen: “Choose a period. The longer, the cheaper each month”. Buttons look like “3 mo. — …”, packages with free months — “6 mo. + 1 free”.
- Promo code — send the code as a message or tap ➡️ Skip. If a code is already saved and you changed your mind — ✖️ Without promo code (see Promo codes).
- Method — the 💳 Subscription — payment method screen with a summary: “📦 Plan”, “📅 Period”, “🤖 Bots”, “💰 Price”, with a discount — “🎟 Promo code SYNC2026: −…”, and “✅ Total: … ≈ … ⭐”. The method buttons are below it.

If a promo code made the purchase free, a single 🎁 Activate for free button appears instead of the methods.
For card and SBP the same step has a toggle 🔁 Auto-renewal: off / 🔁 Auto-renewal: on ✅ — see Auto-renewal. The 📄 Terms button opens the offer and the refund policy.
What happens after payment
- Stars: “✅ Payment received: invoice 1043, 250 ⭐. Subscription activated — details are in the notification. Thank you!”
- Card, SBP, crypto: “✅ Payment confirmed by the provider — subscription activated.”
- The notification bot sends: “✅ Subscription activated: plan «plan name», valid until 22.10.2026. Bot limit: 3.” If the subscription was still running, the new period is added to the current one.
An unpaid invoice is valid for a limited time — the date is written in the invoice itself (“valid until 23.09.2026 14:00”). After a while the bot reminds you: “⏰ Invoice 1043 for … is still unpaid. It is valid until 23.09.2026 14:00. If you changed your mind, just ignore this message.” There is no need to pay an expired invoice — issue a new one.
Example with a calculation
A plan for 3 bots, 1 extra bot added, a period of 6 months with 1 month free. The summary shows “🤖 Bots: 4 (1 of them extra)”, “📅 Period: 6 mo. + 1 free”. Paid on 22.09.2026 — the subscription runs for 7 months, until 22.04.2027, and all that time 4 bots are available.

Common mistakes and what the bot says
- “⏳ The provider has not confirmed the payment yet. If you have already paid, wait a minute and tap «Check payment» again.” — the money is still on its way, run the check again.
- “⚠️ The provider reported a problem with the payment (for example, a partial transfer or a compliance check). The administrator has been notified and will sort it out — the subscription will be activated manually once the payment is confirmed.” — nothing to do, just wait.
- “Could not create a Telegram Stars invoice. Try again in a minute or choose another method.” / “Could not create the invoice at the payment provider…” — a temporary failure, try again later.
- “This invoice is no longer valid. Issue a new one in the «Subscription» menu.” — the invoice has expired.
- “That does not look like an e-mail. Enter an address like name@example.com.” — check the address for the receipt.
- “The plan is not selected or no longer available. Start over: «💳 Subscription» → «Pay».”
- “Plan prices are not set yet — payment is temporarily unavailable. Please contact support.” — write to support.
