Payment history and terms
All the invoices you have issued in the bot are kept on the 🧾 Payment history screen; the documents — the offer, the refund policy and the auto-renewal terms — are on the 📄 Terms screen.
Where in the bot
Main menu → 💳 Subscription → 🧾 Payment history or 📄 Terms. The 📄 Terms button is also in the payment wizard on the payment-method step.
Payment history
The screen shows the latest invoices, newest first. Each entry looks like this:
🧾 22.09.2026
Invoice 1043 · plan name, 6 mo.
250 ⭐ (…) · Telegram Stars
Status: ✅ paidThe lines of an entry: date, invoice number, plan and number of months, amount and payment method, status. For Stars the amount is shown in stars and, in brackets, in the plan currency. The methods are: “Telegram Stars”, “SBP”, “card”, “crypto”, “bank transfer”.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| “⏳ awaiting payment” | The invoice is issued, the money has not arrived. Pay it or issue a new one |
| “✅ paid” | Payment received, the period was added to the subscription |
| “❌ declined” | The payment did not go through at the provider |
| “⌛ expired” | The invoice is no longer valid — issue a new one |
| “🚫 canceled” | The invoice was cancelled |
| “↩️ refunded” | A refund was made for this payment |
If there have been no invoices, the screen shows “No payments yet.”
Do not confuse this with the “📜 History” block on the 💳 Subscription screen itself: there you see subscription periods and their source (payment, promo code, trial), while here you see invoices and money.
Terms
The 📄 Terms screen holds the Offer and Refund policy sections, and, if auto-renewal is available in the bot, an Auto-renewal section as well. The texts are updated by the administrator — read them before paying: these are exactly the terms you agree to.
Refunds
A refund is made by support according to the rules in the refund policy — write to support and give the invoice number from the payment history. The bot reports the outcome:
- “↩️ Refund issued: … The subscription has ended; open trades are managed until 24.10.2026, then view-only mode.” — a full refund: the paid period ends, and what follows is the same as at the end of a subscription (see What happens when the subscription ends).
- “↩️ Refund issued: … Your subscription is unchanged.” — a refund that leaves the subscription as it is.
Example
You paid on 22.09.2026 via SBP, but the subscription was not activated and the invoice in the history has the status “⏳ awaiting payment”. Tap 💳 Pay / renew → 🔄 Check payment. If the answer is “⏳ The provider has not confirmed the payment yet…”, wait a minute and try again. If the status does not change after several checks, write to support with the invoice number — it is in the history.
Limits and allowed values
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Entries in the payment history | The latest invoices, newest first |
| Who makes a refund | Support, according to the refund policy |
| A full refund | Ends the paid period: grace period → view-only mode |
Common situations and what the bot says
- “No payments yet.” — no invoices have been issued yet.
- “No invoices yet. Tap «Pay / renew» on the subscription screen.” — the same when you check a payment with no invoice.
- “This invoice is already paid.” — you opened a paid Telegram Stars invoice again; nothing to do.
- “This invoice was issued to another user.” — a Stars invoice was forwarded from another account; issue your own.
