Payment reminders
All subscription messages arrive in the notification bot@Sync_trading_notifications_bot. If it is not connected, you will see neither the reminders nor the message about the end of the grace period — connect it right away (see Notification bot).
What it is
The bot warns you in advance about every event that can stop trading: the end of the trial, the end of the paid period, an unpaid invoice, an upcoming and a failed automatic charge. Subscription messages arrive as separate messages and do not go into the digest (see Notification modes and digest).
Which messages arrive
The dates and day counts in the texts are examples; the bot fills in yours.

A reminder about one event arrives once — the bot does not repeat it. If a message was missed, the current state is always visible on the 💳 Subscription screen in the status line.
Example
The subscription runs until 22.10.2026, auto-renewal is off. On 19.10 the reminder “⏰ Your subscription ends 22.10.2026 (in 3 days)…” arrives. You pay on 20.10 — the new period is added to the current one and runs until 22.11.2026, and no grace-period messages arrive.

Common situations
- No reminders arrive — check that the notification bot is connected: main menu → 🔔 Notifications → “Notification chat connected ✅”. If you sent /stop in the chat with the notification bot, send /start.
- You got “🛑 The grace period is over…” although you have already paid — tap 💳 Subscription → 💳 Pay / renew → 🔄 Check payment; after confirmation you will get “✅ Subscription activated…”.
