Notification feed and the bell

The feed is the Notifications page in the cabinet: “Everything that arrived in Telegram over the last 90 days. Telegram delivery does not change.” It is a copy of the notification bot's messages, not a replacement for it.

What it is

  • Every message of the notification bot — about a trade, a bot, a risk, the subscription, a channel or a price — also appears in the feed.
  • Unread ones are counted on the bell in the site header: “… unread”.
  • The feed works even when the notification bot is not connected or is blocked: then, for example, price alerts are visible only here. To connect the bot — the Notification bot button on the page.

Where on the site

The bell in the header or menu Account → Notifications (on a phone — More → Notifications).

How to use it

  1. Cards are grouped by day — Today, Yesterday, then by date; new ones are marked New. A trade notification has a small caption above the title with the pair, the side, the leverage and the trade number: “BTC/USDT · Long x10 · #00001234” (spot has no leverage; records that came earlier show “BTC/USDT · #00001234”).
  2. Long cards have More details — it shows the rest of the message, Show less hides it. For a trade result (“Trade closed — targets hit”, “Trade cancelled”) the collapsed card shows the result and the trade time (the pair, the side and the leverage are in the caption above the title), and More details opens the Entry, Take-Profits and Stop lists — each price on its own line: 🟩 — filled, 🟧 — partially filled, ⬜ — not filled or cancelled; ✂️ — part of the position closed at market; “—” — the list is empty.
  3. Open leads to what the message is about: the trade card, the bot card or the payment. In Telegram many messages have a similar button under them — it opens the app.
  4. Mark as read clears the mark on one card, Mark all as read — on all of them.
  5. Show more loads older notifications.

Only in the bot

Connecting the notification bot and the /stop and /start commands are only in Telegram: the 🏠 Home → ⋯ More → 🔔 Notifications screen shows whether the notification bot is connected and has the 🔔 Open the notification bot and 🗂 Notification feed buttons — the latter opens this feed in the app (the notification bot). There is no overall notification mode: the mode (instantly, a digest every 15 minutes or every hour, a daily summary, errors only) is set for each Grid and DCA bot in its card — both in the bot and on the site (modes and digest).
