Site settings: language, theme, kill switch, exports
The Settings page gathers everything that belongs to the account rather than to a single bot or trade: appearance, sign-in and security, notifications and protection, exports.

Kill switch
The block shows the state — On, Off or Triggered, the limit, “Drawdown from peak” and “Drawdown is measured from the peak balance: … $.” (the account balance on the exchange is in dollars)
- Turn on / Change limit — “Drawdown limit, %”: “When the account drawdown from its peak reaches the limit, the bot pauses all Grid and DCA bots. Signal trades are not affected. From 1 to 99.99 %.”
- Reset trigger — “The protection starts watching the drawdown again from a new balance snapshot. Grid and DCA bots do not resume by themselves — start them manually.”
- Turn off — “The drawdown protection will be turned off.”

Time zone
There is no separate time zone setting. When you open the Sync app — the mini app in Telegram or the cabinet in a browser — it passes on your device's time zone (for example, “Asia/Yekaterinburg”). The bot and the notifications show the time in it, with the zone label next to it: “13.10 16:56 → 13.10 17:09 (UTC+5)”. If you change the device or move, the time zone updates by itself the next time you open the app. The time zone is passed on and saved only after you have accepted the current documents (the time zone was added in the Consent 1.2). While the documents are not accepted or the app has never been opened, the time is shown in Moscow time with the label “(UTC+3)”.
Documents and consents
The “Service documents” page shows your ticks: “Your consents. To change the newsletter, use the bot: «⋯ More → ❓ Help → 📄 My consents»”. It also links to the Terms, Risks, Acceptable use, Payments and refunds, Privacy policy and Consent. If the documents are not accepted yet, you can accept them here. After a new revision is published, the ticks have to be set again — in the bot or here. The latest revisions are of 14.10.2026: the Privacy Policy 1.5 and the Consent 1.2 (your device's time zone has been added to the user data).

Typical errors and what the site says
- “The notification bot is unavailable: it was never started, it was blocked or removed from the group — trade messages are not delivered. Open the notification bot and tap «Start» (if you blocked it, unblock it first).”
- “Drawdown protection is off. You can turn it on in the cabinet «Settings» or in the bot, in the «🛡️ Kill switch» section.”
Only in the bot
The “Service news” tick is changed only in the bot: ⋯ More → ❓ Help → 📄 My consents. Connecting the notification bot is in the bot, 🏠 Home → ⋯ More → 🔔 Notifications (the notification mode is set for each Grid and DCA bot in its card); deleting the whole Sync account is also in the bot (account deletion).
