Market and price alerts
The cabinet at app.sync.trade has a Market page: every exchange pair with a 24-hour summary. From there you can start a Grid, a DCA bot or a trade on the chosen pair and set a price alert — the bot messages you in Telegram when the price reaches your level.
What it is
- Market — a table of Bybit pairs (futures and spot): price, 24-hour change, the day's range, amplitude, turnover and, for futures, funding. The data refreshes every 30 seconds. These are exchange figures, not advice: which pair to trade is your decision.
- Price alert — a “price above” or “price below” condition for a level. When the price reaches it, a message arrives in the notification bot and in the cabinet notification feed. Alerts do not trade and work without a subscription.
Where in the cabinet
Menu Trading → Market (on a phone — More → Market). The home page has a Market card with the pairs that rise, fall and trade the most. From the bot the same page opens in the app with 🏠 Home → ⋯ More → 📈 Market.
- Tap a pair to open the coin card: a chart, 24-hour figures, your trades and bots on this pair, and the Grid bot, DCA bot, Trade buttons (the wizard opens with this pair).
- ★ adds a pair to favourites (up to 100 pairs); the Favourites filter shows only them.
- Pairs with a turnover below 1 million USDT a day stay hidden until Low liquidity is switched on: the price on such pairs slips easily.
How to set an alert
- Open the coin card and tap Alert me at a price.
- Choose Above or Below and enter the level. The +5% / +10% / −5% / −10% buttons fill in a level from the current price.
- Choose Once (the alert switches off after it fires) or Repeat.
- If you like, add a note of up to 100 characters, such as “time to start a Grid”. It arrives with the message.
- Tap Create alert.
The level must be on the right side of the price: “above” — higher than the current price, “below” — lower. Otherwise the alert would fire at once, and the cabinet replies “The price is already above this level”.
All your alerts are on the Market → Alerts tab: how far the level is, when it fired, and the Edit, Turn off / Turn on and Delete buttons. A pair with an active alert shows a bell in the table. You can have up to 50 active alerts, and no more than 200 in total including the switched-off ones: beyond that the site asks you to delete the ones you no longer need.
How an alert arrives
A message in the notification bot:
🔔 SOL/USDT — price above 150
Now: 150.04 · futures 📝 time to start a Grid
The alert has fired and is now off. You can turn it on again in the app: “Market” → “Alerts”.
with an 📈 Open in the app button — the coin card. The same message appears in the cabinet notification feed, in the Market group.
- Once — after it fires, the alert switches off; the last line of the message is “The alert has fired and is now off. You can turn it on again in the app: “Market” → “Alerts”.”
- Repeat — after it fires, the alert waits for the price to cross back over the level and then waits for the level again. The last line of the message is “🔁 This alert repeats: it fires again when the price comes back across the level and reaches it again — no sooner than in 15 minutes.”
- If the pair is delisted, the alert switches off and you get a message about it.
If the notification bot is not connected or is blocked, alerts only show in the cabinet feed — the form and the list warn you about it. How to connect the notification bot.
Example
SOL costs 142.80 USDT. You want to start a Grid bot once the price breaks 150:
- Market → SOL/USDT → Alert me at a price → Above; the +5% button fills in 149.94 — change it to 150.
- Once, note “time to start a Grid” → Create alert.
- The price reaches 150 — the message arrives; 📈 Open in the app leads to the coin card, and Grid bot there opens the wizard with SOL/USDT already chosen.
The price is checked every few seconds, and a short spike through the level within a minute is caught from one-minute candles — the message may come up to a minute late.
