Web cabinet: what it is and how it differs from the bot
The web cabinet is the website app.sync.trade with the same account as in the bot. Everything you do on the site is visible in the bot right away, and the other way round. Notifications still arrive in Telegram, and a copy of each appears in the site's notification feed.
What it is
- One account: the same exchange accounts, bots, trades, channels and subscription. The bot describes the cabinet like this: “Everything the bot does — on a big screen: trades, bots, portfolio and charts.”
- There is no password and never will be: you sign in with Telegram (button, link from the bot, QR code) or in the mini app inside Telegram. The sign-in page reminds you: “We never ask for a password — neither here nor in the bot”.
- Dangerous actions from the site — new exchange keys, connecting an account, changing partner payout details — are confirmed in Telegram with the ✅ Confirm button. Nothing changes without confirmation.
- Everything the site does on the exchange is done by the same bot: the rules, checks and limits are identical.

On a phone and in the mini app the menu is replaced by the bottom bar Home · Trades · Bots · Portfolio · More; More holds the remaining sections plus Support in Telegram, Help and Open in browser. In the sections from More and on nested screens (a trade card, a bot card, trading settings) a phone shows the ‹ button — “Back” — to the left of the section name: it returns you to the screen you came from, and if the page was opened from a link — to the section one level up (for the sections from More — to More). In the mini app “Back” is the Telegram system button at the top left.
How to open it
- In the bot: 🏠 Home → ⋯ More → 🌐 Web version — the “🌐 Web version and sessions” screen with two buttons: 🌐 Open in browser — a one-time link to sign in without a password (it works for 2 minutes, opens only once, do not forward it to anyone) and 📱 Open in Telegram — the cabinet as a mini app. The mini app also opens with 📱 Open the app on Home.
- On a computer: type app.sync.trade and sign in with the Telegram button or with a QR code from your phone.
- On a phone the cabinet can be installed as an app — the Sync icon next to your other apps: in the cabinet go to More → Install the app.

What can be done only in the bot
- Registration and the first start: without an account in the bot the site shows the “Start the bot first” page.
- Connecting the notification bot: the Connect the notification bot button on the site only opens it in Telegram.
- Joining a signal channel and connecting your own channel — on the site a channel is only picked from those you are already a member of.
- 🔐 Log in with Bybit — creating an exchange key without copying; on the site the key is typed in as text.
- All confirmations of dangerous actions: ✅ Confirm / 🚫 This was not me come only in Telegram.
- The “Service news” tick: the site says “To change the newsletter, use the bot: «⋯ More → ❓ Help → 📄 My consents»”.
Typical errors and what the site says
- “Start the Sync bot in Telegram first.” — there is no account yet: open the bot, tap “Start”, accept the documents and come back to the site.
- “Web cabinet sign-in is temporarily closed. Use the bot — everything works.” — the site is closed for maintenance; the bot and your trades are not affected.
- “The server is updating. Try again in a minute.” — an update is in progress, your data is not going anywhere.
