How to sign in: Telegram, a link from the bot, a QR code

You sign in to the cabinet without a password — through Telegram. The sign-in page is called “Sign in to Sync”, with the hint “Same account as in the bot — choose a convenient way” under the title.

The “Remember me for 30 days” checkbox keeps you signed in on this device for 30 days. Without it the session lives a day from your last action, then the site asks you to sign in again: “Your session has ended — please sign in again.”

Where on the site

Type app.sync.trade — the sign-in page opens. It also has the “Always check” block: “The website address is app.sync.trade”, “The connection is secure — a lock icon and https”, “We never ask for a password — neither here nor in the bot”. After linking in the settings the page shows the Google and Yandex ID buttons (details).

How to sign in with a QR code

1. Open the sign-in page on your computer: the “From your phone with a QR code” block already shows a code.
2. Point your phone camera at the code — the Sync bot opens with the message “📱 Web cabinet sign-in with a QR code”, showing the computer's device and IP.
3. Tap ✅ Confirm sign-in — “✅ Sign-in confirmed — the page on your computer will open by itself.” If someone sent or showed you the code — 🚫 This was not me: “Sign-in declined. Nobody can sign in without your confirmation.”
4. The code refreshes by itself (“New code in …”); an expired one is replaced with the Refresh button.

No second device — you are on your phone or in the installed Sync app? Under the code tap Open Telegram on this device: the Sync bot opens on this same phone or computer. Tap ✅ Confirm sign-in and go back to the sign-in page — it signs in by itself.

First sign-in: service documents

At the first sign-in the site shows the “Service documents” screen — “Before you start — two required checkboxes, same as in the bot”: “18+ · Terms, risks and rules”, “Consent to data processing” and, optionally, “Service news”. Buttons: Accept and continue and Just look around for now. Without accepting you can view your trades and bots, close trades and stop bots; running bots and auto-trading do not stop on their own. Starting anything new requires acceptance. If the documents were already accepted in the bot, the screen does not appear.

Typical errors and what the site says

• “The link has expired or was already used. Get a new one in the bot: «⋯ More → 🌐 Web version».” — tap 🌐 Open in browser in the bot again.
• “The QR code has expired. Take a new one.” — tap Refresh and scan the code again.
• “Start the Sync bot in Telegram first.” — the “Start the bot first” page: open the bot, tap “Start”, accept the documents, come back and sign in with Telegram.
• “The Telegram sign-in window did not load. Reload the page or sign in with the QR code.” — an ad blocker or the network did not let the Telegram window through.

Only in the bot
