The Sync app on your phone
The app.sync.trade cabinet can be installed on your phone like a regular app: the Sync icon appears next to your other apps, and the cabinet opens with one tap — full screen, without the browser address bar. It is the same cabinet with the same account: there is nothing to download from an app store, and it updates itself.
What it is
- The Sync icon on your phone's home screen; the cabinet opens in its own window, like an app.
- The data is the same as on the website, in the mini app and in the bot: everything is loaded from the server when you open it.
- The app has no browser buttons: to go back, tap ‹ to the left of the section name (on Android the system “Back” button works too).
- The screen does not zoom — not with two fingers, not with a double tap, and not by itself when you tap an input field: everything always stays at its own scale, like in a regular app. If you need it bigger, open app.sync.trade in a browser: zooming works there as usual.
- Without internet the cabinet does not open — just like the website in a browser. Your bots and trades keep running on the server.
- A new version of the cabinet shows up the next time you open it — there is nothing to update. If the app was open or minimised while an update came out, a “A new version of the cabinet is out” bar appears at the top — tap Update.
How to install on Android
- Open app.sync.trade in Chrome or another browser that can install apps.
- Tap More → Install the app and confirm in the browser window. The browser may also offer the installation itself with a bar at the bottom of the screen.
- If there is no install window, open the browser menu (⋮) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
How to install on iPhone and iPad
- Open app.sync.trade in Safari (Chrome for iPhone works too — the Share button in the address bar).
- Tap Share — the square with an up arrow at the bottom of the screen (on newer iOS it may be in the ••• menu).
- Choose Add to Home Screen and tap Add.
The cabinet shows the same instructions in More → Install the app. If the cabinet is open inside another app (for example, from a link in Telegram), open app.sync.trade in Safari first.
Signing in inside the installed app
The installed app keeps its sign-in separately from the browser, so you need to sign in once more inside it. On an iPhone or iPad the app asks you to sign in even if you are already signed in in the browser: on installation the iPhone copies the browser's sign-in, and two copies of one sign-in would log each other out. After you sign in inside the app, it has its own sign-in and the browser has its own.
- Tick Remember me for 30 days — then you will not need to sign in again for a month.
- In the “From your phone with a QR code” block tap Open Telegram on this device — the Sync bot opens.
- Tap ✅ Confirm sign-in. The bot replies “✅ Sign-in confirmed — the page on your computer will open by itself.” — go back to the Sync app: it signs in by itself.
The Telegram button in the installed app works the same way — it opens the Sync bot to confirm the sign-in.

Common errors and what the site says
- An app added on 30.09.2026 opens as a white screen or without the Sync icon — remove the icon from the Home Screen and add the cabinet again as described above (there was an error on the first day, it has been fixed).
- The iPhone app or the browser sent you back to the sign-in page after a while (30.09.2026) — fixed: sign in inside the app once, after that the app and the browser no longer interfere with each other.
- There is no Install the app button in More — the cabinet is already open as an installed app or open in the Telegram mini app.
- Open Telegram on this device opens nothing — Telegram is not installed on this device: scan the QR code with another phone or sign in with the Telegram button.
- The app opened on the sign-in page although you are signed in in the browser — sign-in in the app is separate, sign in once as described above.
Bot only
Registering a new account happens in the Sync bot. The cabinet can be installed on a phone only from the app.sync.trade website.
