Subscription and payment on the site
There is one subscription per account, so the site shows the same as the Subscription screen in the bot, and you can pay with the same methods. “The invoice is created the same way as in the bot; the subscription turns on as soon as the provider confirms the payment.”
Where on the site
Menu Account → Subscription (on a phone — More → Subscription). From the bot this page opens in the app with the 📱 Pay in the app button on the ⋯ More → 💳 Subscription screen. On the page:
- Current status — Subscription, Trial, Grace period or View-only mode; “Paid until”, “Trial until” or “Grace period until”; Bots used — “… / …” by the plan limit. While the trial has not started, a hint is shown instead of a date: it starts with your first trade — from a signal, manual, or in a DCA or Grid bot.
- Period history — Period, Plan, “How obtained”: Trial, Payment, Promo code, Granted by support.
- Payments — all invoices with the statuses Awaiting payment, Paid, Declined, Expired, Canceled, Refunded.
- The Pay or renew block.
How to pay
- Choose the Plan (the card shows “bots: …”) and the Term; “Monthly payment: 1 month.”
- If you have a Promo code — enter it and press Apply: the discount appears in the summary as the “Promo code …” line. A voucher with free months is applied at once, without payment: “press «Apply» next to the promo code field, the months are added right away”. If the promo code covers the whole amount — the Activate for free button.
- Choose the Payment method: SBP — “In your bank app — by QR code or in one tap” (marked “⚡ Fastest”), Cryptocurrency — “USDT, BTC, TON, USDC and more”, Telegram Stars — “pay right in Telegram”.
- Press Proceed to payment (for SBP — Pay via SBP, for Stars — Pay with Telegram Stars). For SBP and cryptocurrency the provider's page opens and brings you back to the Subscription page after paying; a Stars invoice opens in Telegram in a new tab, and the cabinet tab updates the status by itself.
- After paying come back: “the status updates by itself, or press «Check payment»”. For SBP: “Paid in your bank app? The subscription turns on by itself, usually within seconds — no need to reload this page.” For Stars: “The invoice opens in Telegram — pay it from the same account you signed in with.”
An unfinished invoice
If you already pressed “Proceed to payment” but did not finish paying, the invoice stays in the block for another 30 minutes with the hint: “This invoice is still waiting for payment. Pay it — there is no need for a new one, otherwise you might pay twice.” The invoice shows its number, status and “Valid until”.
When the subscription has ended
On the home page, in the terminal and in the Grid/DCA wizards a card appears — “Your … subscription has ended” or “Your trial has ended”; on the other pages — a line with the Details button. The card shows how much of the grace period is left (“until … — … d … h left”), the Keeps working list (open trades, current DCA and Grid cycles, keys and settings, history) and the Waits for renewal list (new trades, adding to a position, creating and starting DCA and Grid), and the Renew now, Renew subscription or Get a subscription button. Typical errors and what the site says
- “The invoice is already being created — wait for the result of the previous click.”
- “The payment did not go through. Try again — with the same link or another bank. If money was charged anyway, the subscription turns on by itself as soon as the bank confirms the payment.”
- “Payment is temporarily unavailable: no method is enabled. Contact support.”
Only in the bot
Nothing: the methods and prices are the same (how to pay in the bot). In the mini app, paying with SBP or cryptocurrency opens in the browser, Telegram Stars — right in Telegram.
