Signals and subscription
Signal trading is the paid part of Sync. The subscription does not change how the bot reads signals, but it decides whether new trades are opened from them.
What this is

The trial is given once, and it includes one bot. How many days it lasts is shown on the 💳 Subscription screen.
Where it is in the bot
Main menu → 💳 Subscription. The screen shows the status (“🎁 Trial until …”, “✅ Active until …”, “⏳ Grace period until …: open trades are managed, no new trades are opened”, “🔒 View-only mode: trading is unavailable, settings are available”), the plan and the line “Bots: N of M”.
The bot limit
The plan sets how many bots you can keep at the same time, and all bots count towards the limit — signal, DCA and Grid. If you have more bots than the plan allows, the extra bot is locked and signals for it are skipped: “🔒 Signal from channel «…» for bot «…» was skipped.” with the explanation “🔒 This bot is locked by the plan limit: you have more bots than the subscription allows. Stop or delete another bot, or upgrade the plan.”
So when you plan two Signal bots for one channel (spot and futures), or one bot per channel, count them against the plan limit. More in Plans and the bot limit.
How it works when the subscription ends
- A few days before the end you get a reminder: “⏰ Your subscription ends … Renew it via the «💳 Subscription» menu to keep trading without interruption.”
- The term is over — the grace period starts: “⌛ Your paid period has ended. Until … the bot manages open trades but does not open new ones.” Signals still arrive and are parsed during this time, but no trades come out of them.
- The grace period is over — view-only mode: “🛑 The grace period is over — view-only mode is on. New trades are not opened, DCA and Grid bots are paused. Open signal trades will be managed until they close; after that manage your positions on the exchange yourself.”
- After payment everything comes back: “✅ Subscription activated: plan «…», valid until …. Bot limit: N.” You do not have to reconnect channels or re-enter keys.
Every signal is processed at the moment it is published, so trades are not opened retroactively for signals that came out during the pause — after activation the bot works with new posts.

Typical mistakes and what the bot says
- “🔒 View-only mode: the subscription is not active, new trades are not opened. Subscribe via the «💳 Subscription» menu.” — the signal arrived, the trade did not open: renew the subscription.
- “⏳ Grace period until …: open trades are managed, new trades are not opened until the subscription is renewed.” — the same during the grace period.
- “🔒 Plan limit reached: N bots (M in use). Stop or delete a bot, or switch to a plan with a higher limit.” — when trying to create a bot beyond the limit.
- “🎁 Trial has not started yet: N days free, counting from your first trade” — the status on the subscription screen before the first trade; this is not an error.
