Main menu: a map of the sections
The main menu is the start screen of the main bot @sync_trading_bot. You can always return to it with the /start command.

Which buttons are not visible to everyone
- 📢 Channel administration — only to the channel owner, that is, whoever connected the channel to Sync.
- 📉 DCA Bots and 🪜 Grid Bots are hidden if the corresponding direction is turned off.
- 🔧 Admin — employees only.
How to find your way around
- Everything about the exchange account starts in 🤖 Signal Bots: that is where the exchange bot with the keys is created, and channels, manual trades, Grid and DCA live inside it.
- Signal and manual trades are in 💼 Trades; Grid and DCA are in their own sections, each bot has its own card.
- Totals for everything at once — 📊 My Bots (Overview).
- Events do not arrive in the menu but in the notification bot — connect it through 🔔 Notifications.
- If you did not find an answer — ❓ Help: from there the help site sections and the support chat open. The bot writes there: “Answers about the bot are collected in the help center: getting started, signals from channels, Grid and DCA bots, trading settings, subscription, notifications and troubleshooting. If you cannot find an answer, contact support.”
The bot is controlled with buttons. It accepts text only on the screens where it expects input (bot name, keys, prices, amounts). The commands that work in a private chat are in the article All commands in one list.
Limits and allowed values

Common errors and what the bot says
- “Use menu buttons for navigation. Text input is only available on certain screens.” — on this screen the bot expects a button press, not text.
- “🔜 Coming soon” — a pop-up answer for a button that does not work yet.
- “You have been redirected to the main menu because a bot update affected the menu you were on” — after a bot update, open the screen you need again.
- “Unable to display main menu. Please contact support.” — write to @sync_trading_support_bot.
