Partner cabinet

The partner cabinet is the screen that gathers everything about your participation in the program: the promo code and the link, the level, the number of referred and paying users, the balance and the payout details. The main cabinet lives in the bot; the web cabinet is issued separately by the administrator.

Where it is in the bot

Main menu → 🤝 Affiliate. From the subsections (payout details, payout history) the 🤝 Back to affiliate button leads back.

Line	What it means
Promo code, Link	Your code and the link that applies it automatically. Copy and share them
Your level	The share you get from payments right now
paying	How many referred users have paid for a subscription at least once — the level depends on this number
referred	How many users in total are attached to you
N more paying users to reach …	How many paying users are missing for the next level. On the top level this is replaced by “Top level reached”
Earned	Everything credited to you for all time
Paid out	Already transferred to you on completed requests
Pending	The amount of a request the administrator has not completed yet
Available	Available for a new request; in brackets — the minimum from which it can be submitted
Payout details	Where to transfer the money. While they are empty — “not set”

Buttons

• 💸 Request payout — appears only when the payout details are set, the "Available" amount is not below the minimum and there is no request being processed. If the button is missing, this is not an error, one of the three conditions is simply not met yet.
• 🏦 Payout details — set or change the details for payouts.
• 📜 Payout history — the list of your requests with their statuses.

Notifications about earnings

The bot reports every payment of a referred user immediately: “💰 Affiliate: 712.50 ₽ earned — a user you referred paid for the "…" subscription. Balance and payouts — in the "🤝 Affiliate" section.” (instead of "…" — the name of the plan). The bot does not name who exactly paid — see What a partner cannot see.

Web cabinet

The web cabinet is for partners to whom the administrator gave a login and a password; the address is provided together with the login. After signing in, a partner sees only their own cabinet.

Section	What is there
Cabinet	The balance (earned / paid out / pending / available), the share, statistics by link for a period: users, trials, first and repeat payments, revenue, your earnings, conversions, ARPU (average revenue per user), active subscriptions. The list of payments of referred users is anonymous: date, plan, amount, method, your earnings
My links	Create a link with a name and a description — one for each placement (channel, post, mailing), copy it, turn it off or move it to the archive. An archived link stops attaching users
Payouts	Payout details, the "Request payout" button, the history of requests with the result

Web cabinet links look like https://telegram.me/Sync_trading_bot?start=src_code and attach a user on the first opening of the bot (a promo code — only after the first payment). The balance is common for the bot and the web cabinet. The password can only be changed through the administrator.

Common errors and what the bot says

• “The affiliate program is not available right now.” — the section opens, but you cannot join: the program has been turned off by the administrator or is not available for your account. Write to support.
• “No payout requests yet.” — this is what an empty 📜 Payout history looks like, it is not an error.
