How the affiliate program works

A partner brings new users to Sync and gets a share of their subscription payments — not only of the first one, but of all renewals as well. Any user of the bot can become a partner right from Telegram, without a separate registration and without contracts.

What this is

There are two ways to bring users:

The ways can be combined: for a partner from the bot the administrator can create a web login if asked, and then both cabinets are available with one common balance.

What each side gets:

• your friend — a 10 % discount on the first payment with the promo code;
• you — a share of all their payments, renewals included. The size of the share depends on your level — on the number of paying users you brought (see Promo codes and levels).

Where it is in the bot

Main menu → 🤝 Affiliate. While you are not a partner, the bot shows the terms of the program and the 🤝 Become a partner button. After you join, the same screen shows the promo code, the link, the level, the balance and the payout buttons (in detail — in the article Partner cabinet).

How to become a partner

1. Press 🤝 Become a partner.
2. Choose a promo code — from 4 to 16 characters, Latin letters and digits — and send it as a message. Or press 🎲 Generate code, and the bot invents a code itself.
3. The bot answers: “🎉 You are a partner! Your promo code is SYNC2026. Share the link — it applies the code for your friend automatically.”
4. Share a link like https://telegram.me/Sync_trading_bot?start=promo_SYNC2026 — it applies the promo code itself for whoever follows it. You can also just give out the code: your friend enters it by hand at checkout.

How the earnings are counted

The earning from each payment = the payment amount × (1 − the payment processing fee) × your share.

• The payment processing fee depends on the payment method (card, SBP, cryptocurrency — each has its own percentage), so the earning is always a little less than "amount × share".
• Your share is fixed at the moment of the payment. If your level grows later, past earnings are not recalculated.
• A refund to a user reduces the earning proportionally.
• The bot reports every earning: “💰 Affiliate: 712.50 ₽ earned — a user you referred paid for the "…" subscription. Balance and payouts — in the "🤝 Affiliate" section.” (instead of "…" — the name of the plan).

Example with a calculation

The plan prices and the payment processing fee here are conditional — taken only as an example; the bot does not show the real fee of your payment method, and the plan prices can be seen in the payment wizard.

A friend pays for a subscription of 3 000 ₽ with your promo code. With the 10 % discount on the first payment they pay 2 700 ₽. Let us take a payment processing fee of 5 % for the calculation (a conditional assumption), and you are on the first level — 25 %:

2 700 × (1 − 0.05) × 0.25 = 641.25 ₽ — your earning from the first payment.

A month later they renew the subscription without a discount, for 3 000 ₽:

3 000 × 0.95 × 0.25 = 712.50 ₽ — the earning from the renewal. And so with every payment of theirs.

Common errors and what the bot says

• “Promo code: 4–16 characters, Latin letters and digits only.” — the code is shorter, longer or contains Cyrillic, spaces or punctuation. Choose another one or press 🎲 Generate code.
• “This promo code is already taken — choose another one.” — another partner already has this code.
• “You are already a partner.” — there is no need to join again, the promo code is already on the 🤝 Affiliate screen.
• “The affiliate program is not available right now.” — the program has been temporarily turned off by the administrator or is not available for your account. Write to support.
• “You cannot apply your own promo code.” — you entered your own code when paying for your own subscription.
