Promo codes and levels

A partner promo code does two things at once: it gives your friend a discount on their first payment and attaches them to you, so that all their payments count for you. The share from those payments — your level — grows together with the number of paying users.

How the promo code works for your friend

Your friend can apply your promo code in three ways:

  1. Through the link https://telegram.me/Sync_trading_bot?start=promo_SYNC2026. The bot saves the code right away: “🎟 Promo code SYNC2026 saved — it will be applied when you pay for the subscription («💳 Subscription» menu).”
  2. In the payment wizard: 💳 Subscription💳 Pay / renew → at the “Promo code” step send the code as a message. The bot answers: “🎟 Promo code SYNC2026 accepted — the discount will apply at checkout.”
  3. On the subscription screen: 💳 Subscription🎟 Promo code.

In the final amount to pay your friend sees the line “🎟 Promo code SYNC2026: −300 ₽”. In detail about entering promo codes from the buyer's side — in the article Promo codes.

The rules:

  • the 10 % discount applies to the first payment only; there is no need to enter the promo code for renewals;
  • the promo code does not stack with other discounts;
  • your friend is attached to you after the first payment with your promo code. From that moment all their payments, including renewals without a discount, bring you a share;
  • your own promo code cannot be applied to yourself.

Levels

A level is your share from payments. It depends on the number of paying users: those you brought who have paid for a subscription at least once. The default values (the administrator can change them; the current levels are shown by the bot on the 🤝 Affiliate screen before you join, as lines like “• from 101 paying users — 27.5%”):

Paying usersYour share
1–10025 %
101–50027.5 %
from 50130 %

How it is applied:

  • the level is counted at the moment of each payment and fixed in it. A level increase applies only to new payments, past earnings are not recalculated;
  • the partner screen shows the current position: “📈 Your level: 25% · paying: 37 · referred: 120” and the hint “64 more paying users to reach 27.5%”. On the top level the hint changes to “Top level reached”.

Example with a calculation

The plan price and the payment processing fee below are conditional, only for an example (the bot does not show the real fee, it depends on the payment method).

You have 150 paying users — level 27.5 %. One of them renews a subscription for 3 000 ₽; let us take the payment processing fee as 5 % (a conditional assumption):

3 000 × (1 − 0.05) × 0.275 = 783.75 ₽.

The same payment on the first level (25 %) would bring 712.50 ₽ — a difference of 71.25 ₽ on every such payment.

Common errors and what the bot says

What your friend sees when entering the code:

  • “You cannot apply your own promo code.” — the partner entered their own code.
  • “Promo code not found or inactive.” — a typo in the code or the code has been turned off.
  • “You have already used this promo code.” — the discount is given once, on the first payment; renewals count for the partner without the code as well.
  • “Promo codes are currently disabled.” — entering promo codes is temporarily unavailable.

What the partner sees when creating the code:

  • “Promo code: 4–16 characters, Latin letters and digits only.” — the code does not fit by length or by characters.
  • “This promo code is already taken — choose another one.” — another partner already has this code.
