The unified My Bots overview
The overview is a single page that gathers all your bots of the three types: how many of them are running, how many trades are open and what result they brought. It is a convenient entry point when you have several bots and do not want to open every card.
Where it is in the bot
Main menu → 📊 My Bots (Overview). The heading of the screen is “📊 My Bots — Unified Overview”. At the bottom are the buttons 🔄 Refresh and 🤖 To Signal Bots. If there are no bots yet, the bot shows “You don't have any bots yet. Create your first bot via the Bots menu.” and the ➕ Create First Bot button.
What the screen shows

Realized is the result of closed trades and cycles that has already been locked in; Unrealized is “on paper”, at the current price of the open positions. For Signal bots the overview only shows the counters and the number of open trades: look up their PnL in 💼 Trades — the “Total PnL:” line above the list of active trades and the cards of the finished trades in History.
How to use it
- Open the overview and look at the 🟢 Active: block — are as many bots running as you expect? If a Signal bot does not count as active, open its card and check that the creation is finished and the keys are set, see Bot statuses.
- The figures are calculated at the moment the screen opens. To recalculate them press 🔄 Refresh; the bot answers “✅ Refreshed” and puts the new time in the “🕐 Data as of …” line.
- From the overview the 🤖 To Signal Bots button leads to the list of Signal bots; the cards of Grid and DCA bots open from their own sections — 🪜 Grid Bots and 📉 DCA Bots.
Example with a calculation
You have one Grid bot and one DCA bot on futures. Grid shows Realized +40.00 USDT and Unrealized −12.00 USDT, DCA shows PnL +15.00 USDT. Then in the ✨ Total: block:
- “Aggregate PnL (realized)” = 40 + 15 = +55.00 USDT — that much is already locked in;
- “Aggregate PnL (incl. unrealized)” = 55 − 12 = +43.00 USDT — that is what you would have if you closed all the open positions right now.
The difference of 12 USDT is the unclosed levels of the Grid bot that are in the red at the current price.

Common errors and what the bot says
- “You don't have any bots yet. Create your first bot via the Bots menu.” — there is not a single bot of any type; start with Exchange bot: Bybit Spot and Futures, API keys.
- The overview says “0 active” although a bot exists — the Signal bot has no keys or its creation was not finished; for Grid and DCA bots check the status in the card.
