“Too many requests”

A pop-up message in the main bot when you tap buttons faster than the bot manages to answer.

What it means

The full text: “⚠️ Too many requests. Please wait 12 sec. and try again.”

The bot accepts no more than 30 requests per minute from one user. A button tap, a command, a text input — each of them counts as a request. Above that the bot stops accepting new actions for a few seconds and names the waiting time. This is a protection against a queue of accidental taps, not a block: the account, the bots and the trades keep working, trading does not stop.

Why it happens

  • Fast scrolling through lists and cards: every tap is a request.
  • Double and triple taps on the same button when it feels like the bot did not react.
  • The bot is open on several devices with the same account at once.
  • Repeated taps on 🔄 Refresh in a Grid or DCA bot card.

What to do

  1. Wait as many seconds as the message says and repeat the action once.
  2. Do not tap a button again before the answer arrives: the bot answers every tap, and all of them line up in a queue.
  3. If the bot ignores text but not buttons — you are on a screen where text is not accepted: “Use menu buttons for navigation. Text input is only available on certain screens.”
  4. The message “Trade is currently being modified by another operation” is a different case: you or the bot are doing two things with the same trade at once. Wait a couple of seconds and repeat.

The limit only concerns the interface of the main bot. It does not affect the orders on the exchange or the notifications.

When to contact support

If the message comes back again and again on single taps after you waited the stated time — write to support and say which screen it happens on.
