The bot is silent after the channel was connected
Silence after a channel is connected almost always means one of three things: there is nowhere to send notifications, auto-trade is off, or the signal did not reach your bot. Go through the check from top to bottom.
What it means
For a trade to open on a signal and for you to learn about it, four conditions must be met: the notification bot is connected; your Signal bot is connected to the channel; Auto-trade is on in the bot card; the bot type (Spot or Futures) matches the type of the signal.

If the signal did reach you but did not pass your settings, the bot will not stay silent — you get “⚠️ Signal not processed” with the channel, the bot and the reason: the limit of simultaneous trades, a disabled direction, the blacklist, no stop under the skip policy, not enough funds.
What to do
- Open the notification bot @Sync_trading_notifications_bot and press the “Start” button (
/start). In 🔔 Notifications it should change to “Notification chat connected ✅”. - In the Signal bot card check that the “Channel:” line shows your channel; if it says “not connected” — Connect channel.
- Turn on the Auto-trade switch.
- Make sure the bot type matches the signals of the channel; if needed, create a second exchange bot of the other type on a separate key pair and connect that one to the channel.
- Check it on a live signal: tap 📈 Open signal under the post. The answer “ℹ️ Auto-trading is ON for channel … — this signal opens automatically, no need to open it manually” means everything is set up; “You have no trading bot connected to channel …” — go back to step 2.
When to contact support
If all seven checks pass, there are buttons under the posts, and the signals bring neither trades nor “Signal not processed” — write to support: the channel name, the bot name and a link to the post.
