Home and Portfolio

Home is a summary of the whole account on one screen; Portfolio shows what sits on your exchange accounts and which positions are open. Both pages only display data — trading commands live in the trade and bot cards.

Home

  • Balance · all accounts — the total across all exchange accounts and a chart for the 1D / 1W / 1M period. Balance snapshots are recorded once an hour, so for a new account the site says: “The chart will appear in a few hours: the balance is recorded once an hour.”
  • Open trades in numbers — how much is invested, open PnL, “if all stops hit”, “If all targets are hit”, how many trades are “close to target”.
  • Open trades — a list with the “trade path”: stop → entry → targets; “hot” means the price is near a target. The All trades button leads to the Trades page.
  • Bots — how many are running out of all, open trades of Signal bots, closed DCA and Grid cycles.
  • This week — how many trades closed, how many “in profit”, “at target”, the “Best:” trade of the week.
  • Daily profit — “Realized in 14 days” and “Unrealized now”.
  • Top bots and the Market card (the pairs that rise, fall and trade the most — details).

The balance is the value of the accounts on the exchange in dollars (“$”). The other amounts are in the coin of the pairs of the trades and bots: if you have both USDT and USDC, every amount is shown per coin, for example “+12.40 USDT · −3.10 USDC”; the top bots — each in the coin of its pair. On the daily profit chart the bar height still adds both coins together, while the tooltip on hover shows the amount per coin. A per-coin total is green or red only when all coins have the same sign, otherwise it is neutral.

Until there is an exchange account, instead of the chart you see “Connect an exchange account — your balance and its chart will appear here” and the Three steps to your first trade block:

  1. Connect an exchange account — “A Bybit API key — read and trade only, no withdrawals. You confirm the connection in Telegram.”
  2. Choose how to trade — “A Signal bot on channel signals, a DCA bot or a Grid bot — the “Trading” section.”
  3. Connect notifications — “The notification bot messages you on every entry, target and stop.”

Where on the site: Portfolio → Accounts

Menu Portfolio → Accounts (on a phone — the Portfolio tab). Filter All / Working / With issues. An account card shows: the market, “Available” and the change “in 24 h” (both in dollars, “$”), “open trades”, the key state — Key works, Exchange not responding or Can't be read, the channel “…” and “auto trading on / off”.

“Available” is the free funds that new trades can use. In cross margin it is the free balance of the whole account. In Bybit isolated margin it is the free USDT balance: the wallet balance minus the margin of open positions, the margin of orders and the frozen amount (before, this mode showed “—” instead of an amount). If the exchange did not report the position margin, the site still shows “—” rather than an amount it is not sure about.

Tap an account to open its page: Equity for 30 days, Coins (“amounts in coins”), Account trades, the Bot card button (the Signal bot of this account) and the Account management block (connect, change keys, delete).

Where on the site: Portfolio → Coins and positions

Two tabs:

TabColumns
CoinsCoin, Total, Available, In orders, Price, In USD, Where
PositionsPair and account, Side, Size, Entry, Mark, Liquidation, PnL, 24 h, Margin

The (unrealised) PnL and the margin of a position are labelled with the pair coin (USDT or USDC).

“Available” of a coin is how much of it is free for new trades. In Bybit isolated margin it is the balance minus the frozen amount, the margin of placed orders and the margin of open positions, so “Total − Available” is usually larger than “In orders”: the difference is the margin of futures positions and orders.

A position marked “not opened by the bot” means “there is no open trade or running Grid/DCA bot for this symbol on the account. The bot does not manage such a position.”

What the hints mean

  • “The exchange didn't respond — showing the last known balance” — a temporary connection failure, the data refreshes by itself.
  • “Accounts whose balance can't be read right now: … — the total excludes them” and “Some accounts can't be read right now — the total excludes them.” — one of the accounts' keys does not respond; open its card.
  • “Couldn’t read the balance. Check the API key: it may have been deleted on the exchange or lack read permission. You can replace it with “Change keys” below.”
  • “No closed trades in the last 2 weeks.” — the Daily profit block stays empty until there are closed trades.

Only in the bot

The same data is in the bot by section: the summary on 🏠 Home, the 🤖 Bots and 👛 Portfolio lists, the bot and trade cards. The balance chart, “This week” and “Daily profit” exist only on the site.
