What subscribers see
It helps to understand what happens on the subscribers' side so you can answer your audience's questions. The main rule: the levels are yours, the money is theirs. Everything about size and risk is configured by the subscriber on their side.
The buttons under the post
Under every recognized signal a subscriber sees three buttons:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| 👁 View signal | The signal card in a private chat: levels with marks for what was reached, the status, the theoretical result |
| 📈 Open signal | If the subscriber has a bot connected to the channel but auto-trade is off — opens a trade on this signal manually, with the same checks as auto-trade |
| ⚡ Enable auto-trading | Opens the card of their bot with the auto-trade switch; nothing is turned on silently |
The buttons work even for people who do not use Sync yet: a newcomer lands in the bot with the message “👋 You came from signal … in channel '…'. To trade signals, first create a trading bot and connect it to the channel…” — and the channel is credited with bringing them in.
What a subscriber puts on top of your signal
- The trade amount or a percentage of the balance.
- Leverage — their own or the one from the signal.
- The margin type.
- Distribution across entries and across targets (the shares).
- Their own stop or the stop from the signal, the policy for 'no SL in the signal'.
- A coin blacklist, a limit of simultaneous trades, allowed directions.
That is why a subscriber has their own entry price, their own size and their own result — they do not match the theoretical percentage in the channel notifications.
When a subscriber's trade does not open
The subscriber always gets a specific reason in a notification:
| Situation | What the subscriber sees |
|---|---|
| A futures signal without a stop while the policy is “skip” (the default) | “Signal skipped: the LINEAR signal has no valid stop-loss and the bot is configured to skip such signals (protection against trading without SL). Enable a default SL in the bot settings or include an SL in the signal.” |
| A repeat on the same pair in the same direction | “♻️ Duplicate signal for BTCUSDT from channel '…' skipped. There is already an active trade for this pair in the same direction — no second trade opened.” |
| Filters not passed: trade limit, a disabled direction, the blacklist, not enough funds | “❌ Failed to open trade from signal 📡 Channel: '…' 🤖 Bot: '…' ⚠️ Reason: …” or “⚠️ Signal not processed 📡 Channel: '…' 🤖 Bot: '…' Reason: …” |
| Pressed 📈 Open signal while auto-trade is on | “ℹ️ Auto-trading is ON for channel '…' — this signal opens automatically, no need to open it manually…” |
| Pressed a button on a finished signal | “The signal is already finished or cancelled — it is too late to open it. Wait for a new signal in the channel.” |
| Pressed a button without a bot on the channel | “You have no trading bot connected to channel '…'. Create a bot: Main menu → My Bots → Create bot, then connect it to the channel — and press the button under the signal again.” |
A signal with leverage goes only to futures bots, one without leverage — only to spot bots. If your audience has bots of both types, publish two signals.
How your commands look to a subscriber
/close— the subscriber's trade is cancelled and the open position is closed at market; they get a notification./change_…— the level in their trade changes; if the new price is not applicable to their entry price, their trade stays as it was (on your side this is “skipped”).- An opposite signal — the previous one is removed from tracking, but the subscriber's trade is not closed; in One-Way mode the new signal flips their position.
