The admin manages a signal: what the subscriber sees
A trade that opened automatically is also managed automatically. When the channel admin closes a signal or changes its levels, the change is applied to every subscriber trade for that signal, including yours.
What this is
The admin manages a signal with commands in the channel (as a reply to the signal post) or with buttons in the admin cabinet in the bot. For you there is no difference — the result is the same.
| Admin action | What happens to your trade |
|---|---|
Closed the signal (/close, close, cancel, exit or the ⛔ Close signal button) | Your orders are cancelled, an open position is closed at market. You get the final trade summary |
Closed all channel signals (/close_all_signals) | The same for all your trades on that channel |
Changed the stop (/change_sl_to_…) | The stop in your trade is moved to the new price — if it passes the rules for your entry price |
Changed a target (/change_tp1_to_…) | Take-profit #1 is moved — if it has not been filled yet |
Changed an entry (/change_entry1_to_…) | Entry order #1 is moved — if it has not been filled yet |
| Published an opposite signal for the same pair | The old signal is dropped from tracking, but your trade is not closed — see below |
The bot's reply in the channel shows “Applying to subscriber trades: N, skipped: M”. "Skipped" means trades where the change does not apply: the target is already filled, or the new price breaks the rule for your entry price — the stop must be below the entry, the target above (for a short, the other way round). Such a trade stays as it was. For instance, a stop exactly at your entry price will not pass — the rule is strict.
Where it is in the bot
Everything is reflected in the trade card: Main menu → 💼 Trades → the trade. It shows the new stop and target prices, and after a close — the status “Trade closed manually” (or “Trade cancelled during opening” if there was no position yet) and the final summary.
The bot's reply to the admin command is published in the channel itself — for example: “⛔ Signal closed by the channel admin. Closing subscriber trades: 12. Open positions are closed at market.” or “✏️ Stop-loss: new price 83500. Applying to subscriber trades: 10, skipped: 2 (target already filled or violates rules for a specific trade).”
An opposite signal
If the admin publishes a SHORT signal for a pair where you hold a trade from a LONG signal:
- The old signal gets the status “⛔ Cancelled”, and the channel receives “🔁 Signal closed: an opposite direction signal (…) for the same pair was posted in this channel. Price tracking for this signal has stopped. Open subscriber trades keep running with their own settings.”
- Closing the signal itself does not touch your trade.
- But the new signal is a new trade. In One-Way mode the bot first closes your current position on the pair and only then opens the opposite one (up to 5 attempts with a check against the exchange). In Hedge mode both positions can live at the same time.
If the old position could not be closed, the new entry is rejected: “Entry for … in … direction rejected (One-Way mode): current position not fully closed after 5 attempts. Close the position and cancel orders on exchange first.”
What you can do yourself
The admin's control does not take away your rights over the trade. At any moment you can change the stop and the targets, close part of the position or the whole trade — see Managing a trade and Closing or cancelling a trade.
